June Wedding

Every time I attend a wedding I feel like I have to incorporate some of its good points on my own in the future or to have one already. But it's a real treat to be honest. Weddings are great venues to feel in love again. Both the couple give compliments and share promises to each other, a pledge if you would say. And to see my friend just overflowing with love and happiness, it's so lovely to see. And of course the groom feeling the same way, that's a plus!

The venue was so sleek and there was a live acapella band just in the hall while they were fixing the reception after the ceremony and with so tasty sweets (you can't get enough of!) I think this is my favorite part of all. The sweets plus the band! Perfect!

Saying 'I do'

I did went to a church wedding this afternoon. I was fortunate enough to be picked by my friend to say the first reading. Although, it didn't really excite me at first. I'd rather be just one of the guests since I am not so much of a fan of the spotlight kind of person. I'd prefer to be in the background in most cases. But, this time, I had to. I can't say no.

My friend is the bride..so..

I have had attended many weddings in my life. Some were very gigantic and enormous and all-out. And some were just subtle and peaceful. My friend's was a little on the latter. Her visitors were mostly relatives and a number of friends, which included me.

True binding things

I don't know about you but I believe that church weddings are one massive celebration. I think when they say you get the blessings when you wed in church, it's not just God or about your faith being practiced and turn to reality but it is also people around and attending the wedding who give you the blessing and good wishes. It's one happy moment.

The real deal

Weddings scared me before but I think now I am slowly accepting it. It's not that I can't commit but the thought of spending the rest of your life with one person did take a toll on me. What can I say? Up to now, I still think I'm young for these occasions. But with a kid and a loyal partner, I am welcoming the idea.

I want mine to be super fun!!!

Note: The pictures are taken from Pinterest. I didn't bring a camera in the wedding since I wanted to really witness it. It was worth it.
