I found this on Pinterest. Imagine this was the Zipline in the 1920's. Although it's not as high and as lengthy as today but I mean you need that strength to hold on to that handle. Fun but also weird, I guess!

I'm sure the property has developed a lot since the last two years we went there. Today, they have so many amenities aside from the Zipline itself and accommodations and packages are so affordable. I pinned that picture on Pinterest too! I thought it was so funny and loved the vintage awesomeness. Your zipline experience looks SOO fun! I've done a couple - the hardest part for me is climbing up to where we jump off from - I am not a fan of heights. Jumping off is scary too, ha ha, but worth it!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny right? The 1920's Zipline, with the skirt and all? haha I agree, I mean the walking and all can be really exhausting. The longest Zipline I did was the 840meters and we had to ride a safari vehicle to get to the starting point. It was ridiculously scary! But definitely worth it!

The Christening was a success. Will post pictures soon. And yes, Pinterest is just fun. I get ideas from everyone. And you should try Zipline when you come home. A definite must try! :-)
