Sunday with Family

Our weekend, at least the Sunday of it was spent with family back in Initao, Misamis Oriental, one of countrysides in Mindanao. I loved it! First, we attended funeral of my uncle. Although tears were shed during the last minutes before he was buried, I think the many years he suffered from complicated diabetes was enough to get him to a peaceful place. He is now  with God. All is well. 

We then headed to the farm! Yes, I love it there. It's so peaceful and so spacious with agriculture lands, it's so far from the usual hustle and bustle in the city. We met up with cousins, uncles and aunties. Dwayne fell in love with the farm animals i.e. chickens, dogs, cows and pigs! He enjoyed it too much playing with the kids too! It was such a relaxing moment.

Yes, these mangoes are the special kind! We just picked them from one of the trees. In fact, my boyfriend did! He climbed like a monkey! yey!

And apparently, Dwayne is following his footsteps! Good goin' guys!
