Business 101

The past week has been mixed with good and bad news for me. The bad news being that I may not be able to write online as much as I did before which means less $$$ for me. I do hope this is just temporary though. The good news is that I have a thriving business. Yes, I do!!!

So, everybody I think in the Philippines are always eyeing on U.S. or European brands and since I have friends who are into buying stuff from outside and selling locally, and although I am only a retailer, I think I am enjoying it ( the posting of photos in Facebook and people asking details of the items and buying them!) So far, I think the most rewarding thing for me is to see my customers or clients enjoy their purchase. I mean, it's quite a nice feeling when they are happy wearing the stuff they bought from me and knowing that I have contributed a sort of delight to their wardrobe collection.

The first picture is actually a one-shouldered dress from the U.S. Although, I would have bought it for myself, it doesn't fit me. So, I had to give it up and I think it's worth it. I mean, nothing compares to make someone else's day. Second picture is the baby. I bought that cute little dress from Vietnam, although it was a gift, as I said I like it when people post or use what I have given them. So, I think it's really perfect. And the third one is also from Vietnam. It is a blouse with edgy pattern. I love it.

Truth is, I think I'm getting the bliss of this whole business thing. I mean, it's not just the business but also the fashion. As a matter of fact, I purchase items knowing who it will fit in my circle of friends and customers. So that it's easier for me to sell.

And I still have loads! Actually I have some new stuff right now. 

It's really a collection of casuals and other lovable items. I hope they will be all sold in two weeks time. Crossing fingers.
